The Hallamshire Riding Society of Sheffield was formed in 1949
We hold shows and events throughout the year.
Summer shows are held at our Showground behind the Dore Moor Inn on the A61. Our winter shows are held at Far Nova in Dore approximately 1.5 miles from the showground.
We have something for everyone. Showing, show jumping, dressage, showcross and training events. There is a lively community on our Facebook page but if you are not on Facebook you can keep up to date with our regular newsletter.
We aim to have something for most levels of competition. If you have any concerns or questions about attending one of our shows you can contact the team on hrs@hallamshire-riding.co.uk or come along to a show and see for yourself.
If you aim to come to a number of our shows then it will probably be worth becoming a member. You just need to fill in a short form and pay your membership fees (currently £16 for an individual) and you can join at any show.
We are friendly and approachable so if you haven’t been to a show before, or want advice or help from any of the team members, please email us or come along to a show and have a chat.
